Can I use Simplify Graphics for individual projects only?

Yes. Our Project-Based Design service is available for companies that need occasional design assistance without a monthly subscription. We’ll review your project requirements and provide pricing based on the scope of work.

What counts as one project?

A project generally refers to one defined design request for a specific sign, vehicle, or deliverable. Large sign packages, multiple vehicle types, substantially different concepts, or major scope changes may be treated as multiple projects or quoted separately depending on the amount of design work required.

Question 4

How does Project-Based Design work?

Submit your project specifications, photos, measurements, logos, customer notes, and other relevant assets. We review the scope, provide pricing and an invoice, and schedule the project once payment has been received. Your project is then added to our active design queue.

Question 5

Do unused projects or design capacity roll over to the next month?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly plans provide design capacity during the current billing cycle, and unused capacity does not roll over, accumulate, or receive credit toward future months. Each new billing cycle begins with the design capacity included in your selected plan.

Can I change my monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription as your workload changes. We can help you determine which plan best matches your current project volume and design needs.
