Frequently Asked Questions - 

  • Is there a contract that I need to sign?
    Absolutely NO contracts! Our design service is a month-to-month subscription with no long term contracts.
  • How do I submit new revisions or changes for a design I received?
    Our most preferred method is via email, you can reply back to our original email. You can also give us a call or send us a text message.
  • How do I cancel/change my subscription?
    We will always do our best to help your company and give you the best experience. If by any chance you would like to cancel, you can cancel at any time. To cancel or change your subscription you can simply send us an email, give us a call or log-in into your account. All changes will occur on the next billing cycle.
  • After final approval, how will I receive the final source files?
    It will all depend on how you need them. We can send PDF or EPS files. You can always give us a call for any special requests. We are here for you just like if we were there working in your office! :-)
  • My company is growing and needs a high amount of designs per day, can you handle that?
    Yes, we can, however, one single subscription may not be able to handle all your design work. We suggest taking an extra “Graphics Unlimited” subscription or you can contact us to speak with one of our account managers so we can work out the best plan for you! We are here to help, we are here for you!
  • How long does a new design take to be completed?
    Your design requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into our design list in the order that they are received. On average, the initial design should be completed within 1-2 business days depending on the complexity of your request. For our VIP members, our goal is to deliver in 1 business day. The complexity of your request and numbers of active revisions may affect delivery times.
  • What type of designs we don't offer?
    We can design pretty much anything, however there are a few things that we don’t do at the moment. We DON’T offer the following design services: Website Design, CAD Drawings, Motion Graphics, Videos, UI/UX Design and Mobile Apps.
  • What do I need to include in my design request email?
    Please include the following: Include clean & straight photos of your client’s storefront or proposed location for the sign. For Vehicle Wraps & Graphics, please include photos of each side of the vehicle. Sides, Front and back. We can make the designs in the actual vehicle pictures or the vehicle template. We will need the logos (vector or eps format) or any assets that we need to include in the actual design. Send us a brief explanation of your client’s idea, business name, logo, colors, technical details, etc.
  • What is SIMPLIFY?
    We are a group of passionate graphic designers that specialize in Signage & Vehicle Wrap designs. With more than 15 years of experience in the signs & graphics industry, we know when it comes to designing a storefront sign. In addition, we have extensive experience in the vehicle wraps world. From designing a small car to a big towing truck, we can help your company create designs that make an impact!
  • What services does Simplify really offer?
    We can help your company with the day to day shop drawings, signage proposals, architectural drawings for wall & ground signs. Additionally, we also specialize in Vehicle Wraps designs such as small car full wraps, truck lettering, box trucks and much more. You simply send us the sign or wrap idea for your client, and we will take it from there. We design while you grow your business!
  • How do I subscribe and get started with new design requests?
    To get started, you can simply give us a call or go to our Contact page and fill out the Contact Form. An accounts manager will give you a call to follow up with you and get your company details and needs!
  • Can you customize the templates to show my company details?
    YES! Send us your logo and company details and will customize your own unique design template. Do you already have one? Send it to us and we will use it for all your design requests.
  • What are your hours of operation and where is your office located?
    Our design studio is located in the Dallas, TX area. Our office hours are from Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Central Time. To contact us you can give us a call, send a text message or send an email. We do everything in-house and we do not outsource any designs.
  • How do I submit a Design Request?
    We know the signs & graphics industry very well! That’s why we have made our process very simple for you to submit new design requests. No complicated platforms or broken apps. You can submit your designs request via EMAIL to design@simplifygraphics.com
  • What do you mean by Unlimited Graphic Designs?
    Our graphic design service includes unlimited design requests for our “Graphics Unlimited” Plan with Unlimited Revisions. All our other plans include unlimited revisions but a limited amount of “New Design Request” per month. We will work on your design revisions as soon as you request them. Your requests will be completed in the order you submit them. If you ever have a drawing more important than the other, you can always let us know by email, text message or by giving us a call. We are to work with you and help your company expedite the design and approval process.
  • Do you design Restaurant’s Menus?
    Yes we can, however we charge an additional $75 per menu design with unlimited revisions.
